Global real estate deal management, in any currency

Real estate is local, but acquisition teams are not. DealQube keeps every deal in its own currency, its own units and its own market's terminology, while giving your team and your investors one consistent view of the whole pipeline.

Multi-currency deals

Every deal in its own currency, every report in yours

A logistics park in Manchester is priced in pounds. A hotel in Lisbon is priced in euros. A retail center in Melbourne is priced in Australian dollars. Converting them by hand into one spreadsheet hides the original figures and goes stale as soon as exchange rates move.

DealQube records each deal's price, rents and figures in the currency the seller quotes. The pipeline and its reports show totals in the reporting currency you choose, so a fund reporting in US dollars and a team thinking in euros look at the same deals without anyone rebuilding a spreadsheet. We agree the exchange-rate source with your finance team during setup.

  • Any currency, with the local symbol and code on every figure
  • One reporting currency for pipeline totals and leadership reports
  • Original quoted figures always kept, never overwritten by a conversion
  • Every currency, unit and local term on every plan, at the same price in every country

Measurement units

Square feet or square meters, acres or hectares

Memorandums quote area in whatever unit is customary in that market. DealQube stores the figure as quoted and shows its equivalent, so a 185,000 sq ft warehouse and a 17,000 m² warehouse can be compared at a glance.

Area

Square feet and square meters, with gross, net lettable, gross leasable and net rentable measures kept distinct.

Land

Acres and hectares for sites, with site cover and density where they apply.

Rents

Rent per unit, per square foot or per square meter, monthly or annual, as the market quotes it.

Local deal terms

The same deal stages, described in your market's words

An acquisition follows a similar path in most countries, but the vocabulary changes. These are the common terms in three major markets. DealQube lets you name every stage, date and field the way your team does.

Teams across time zones

Built for teams that never share a full working day

Dates in your own time zone

A bid deadline set in London shows the right local time to a colleague in New York or Singapore, so nobody misses a cut-off by an hour.

Hand-offs that keep context

Every note, email and change is on the deal, so the colleague picking it up overnight starts where the last person stopped.

Global deal questions

Which countries can DealQube be used in?

DealQube can track deals in any country, and teams can use it wherever Microsoft 365 is available, subject to export control and sanctions laws. Addresses are geocoded worldwide, each deal keeps its local currency and units, and your stages and dates can use your market's terms.

How are currencies converted for reporting?

Each deal keeps its quoted currency. Totals and reports are shown in the reporting currency you choose, using an exchange-rate source agreed with your finance team during setup. The original figures are never overwritten.

Can we use heads of terms instead of an LOI, or completion instead of closing?

Yes. Every stage, critical date and field can be named the way your team and your market name it.

Is the DealQube interface available in other languages?

The interface is in English today. Deal names, notes and documents can be in any language. Tell us which languages matter to your team.

Can DealQube connect to market data providers in our country?

Often, yes. Apoorva builds connectors to the providers each customer subscribes to. Tell us which ones your team uses. See integrations.
