Real estate deal software integrations that fit your stack

DealQube connects to the tools your acquisitions team already relies on: Microsoft 365 and Outlook for email and calendars, SharePoint for documents, Google Maps for location, and the market data providers you subscribe to. Your team keeps working where it works, and the deal record stays complete.

Outlook add-in for real estate

Microsoft 365 and Outlook, built in from day one

Acquisition work happens in email. DealQube is designed around that instead of asking your team to change habits.

  • Sign in with Microsoft 365. No separate passwords. Access ends when a Microsoft account is removed.
  • The DealQube button in Outlook. Open any email, click DealQube, find the deal in the side panel and tag the email to it.
  • Full emails kept on the deal. Tagged emails are copied in full, so the broker conversation survives even if a mailbox is deleted when someone leaves.
  • Create deals from your inbox. Turn a broker's email into a new deal without forwarding it anywhere.
  • Two-way calendar sync. Critical dates you choose appear in Outlook calendars in each person's time zone, and events created in Outlook appear on the deal.

Documents

Your documents stay where your partners already put them

Acquisition documents follow two paths. Underwriting materials, the memorandum, rent rolls and operating reports, live in a deal folder your team keeps in SharePoint. Due diligence lives in a data room, where sellers and brokers upload the files they are comfortable sharing that way.

DealQube respects both. It files intake documents into the deal's SharePoint folder, and on our roadmap it syncs the data room into the deal so your team can see everything in one place. Sellers and brokers never need a DealQube login, and when a deal closes there are no outside accounts to remove.

Why DealQube keeps its own copy. Integrations end. Subscriptions lapse, folders get reorganized and providers change their APIs. DealQube stores a copy of every email and file on the deal, and market data within each provider's license terms, so your deal history stays complete when people, folders and systems change.

Integration questions

Does DealQube work with Google Workspace instead of Microsoft 365?

DealQube is built first for Microsoft 365 and Outlook. Tell us if your team runs on Google Workspace and we will talk through options.

Can DealQube use our existing data provider subscriptions?

Yes. DealQube connects with your own credentials, so you keep your current agreements and pricing.

Can you build an integration we need?

Often, yes. Apoorva has built integrations for its products since 2001. Tell us the system and what you need from it, and we will tell you how it fits the roadmap.
