Last updated: October 16, 2026

Who we are

This website, www.dealqube.com, is operated by Apoorva Corporation ("Apoorva", "we", "us"), located at 11811 Upham Street, Unit B, Broomfield, CO 80020, United States. Apoorva is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at support@apoorva.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you request a demo or write to us, we collect what you provide: your name, work email address, company, role, the countries and property types you invest in, the tools you use today, and anything you write in your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and keep it secure. These logs are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

Cookies and tracking. This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics, and its fonts and images are served from our own site rather than third-party servers. If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

How we use it

  • To respond to your demo request and arrange a meeting
  • To follow up with information about DealQube that you asked for or would reasonably expect
  • To operate, secure and improve the website
  • To meet legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Legal bases (UK and European Economic Area)

Where the UK or EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, for our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and promoting DealQube to business contacts, and to comply with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the website and respond to inquiries, such as our website hosting provider and the email and form services that deliver your messages to us, under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. If you sign up for DealQube, payment is processed through BillWare, Apoorva's billing platform, and its payment processing partner. DealQube does not store your full card number or bank account number. Your use of the product, including the deal data you put into it, is covered by the DealQube subscription agreement and its data processing terms. If Apoorva is involved in a merger or acquisition, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

International transfers

Apoorva is based in the United States and has team members in India. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where the law requires it, we put appropriate safeguards in place for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Documents you send us to prepare a demo, such as offering memorandums, are used only for that demo and deleted within 30 days of it unless you become a customer. We keep demo requests and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you become a customer, or if the law requires it, we keep information for as long as needed for that purpose.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email support@apoorva.com. We will respond within the time the law requires, usually within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This website is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
