The terms that apply when you use the DealQube website. Use of the DealQube software itself is governed by the subscription agreement accepted at sign-up, or a signed customer agreement.

This website, www.dealqube.com, is operated by Apoorva Corporation ("Apoorva", "we", "us"), 11811 Upham Street, Unit B, Broomfield, CO 80020, United States. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Information on this website
The content on this website, including product descriptions, examples and the acquisition glossary, is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Property names, figures and deals shown in examples are illustrative sample data, not real transactions.
Product features, integrations and roadmap items are described in good faith and may change. Features marked as on the roadmap are planned, not yet available. The features, service levels and terms that apply to your use of DealQube are those set out in your subscription or customer agreement with Apoorva.
Prices
Prices on this website are in US dollars, per user per month, and are billed in advance: annual plans are prepaid for the full year and monthly plans at the start of each month, never in arrears. Payments are processed through BillWare, Apoorva Corporation's billing platform. Prices exclude taxes such as VAT, GST or sales tax, which are added where the law requires. Prices may change for future billing periods with the notice set out in the subscription agreement.
Intellectual property
DealQube, the DealQube logo and the tagline "Own the World. One Deal at a Time." are trademarks of Apoorva Corporation. The website's content and design are owned by Apoorva or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes, but you may not copy, modify or republish substantial parts of the website without our written permission.
Other product and company names mentioned on this website, such as Microsoft 365, Outlook, SharePoint, Google Maps, StorTrack, TractIQ, Box and Excel, are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to describe compatibility, and their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
Availability
DealQube is offered to businesses, not consumers. We may decline to provide DealQube where doing so would breach export control or sanctions laws that apply to us.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or submitting false or harmful information through its forms.

This website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Apoorva is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website.
