The real estate acquisitions platform for growing investment teams
DealQube brings deal intake, the acquisitions pipeline, critical dates, broker emails, documents and market data into one record per deal, for any property type in any country. Your team stops asking where a deal stands, because the answer is always on screen.
One record per deal
A single source of truth for every deal your team touches
Acquisition teams lose time in the gaps between tools. The memorandum sits in one person's inbox, the latest price change lives in a notes column, the bid deadline is in someone's calendar, and the market data is in a browser tab nobody saved. When a deal changes hands between team members, half of that context disappears.
DealQube keeps all of it on the deal page. Every deal has the same sections in the same place, so anyone on the team can open it and pick up where the last person left off:
- Deal summary: the narrative from the broker and your own screening notes
- Notes and next steps: a running log of what happened, including the underwriting result
- Critical dates: from the bid deadline through closing and post-acquisition reviews
- Summary and asset information: property type, status, address, market, size, year built and the metrics for that property type
- Property photos with a map: pulled from the memorandum and placed on the deal's location

Platform modules
Everything an acquisitions team needs, connected
Each module works on its own, but the value comes from the connections: an email tagged in Outlook shows up on the deal, a date on the deal shows up in Outlook, and the market data is waiting when the deal is created.
AI deal intake
Forward a broker email, upload an offering or information memorandum, or pick an email in Outlook. DealQube extracts the deal's details and keeps the source files on the deal.
AI memorandum extractionAcquisitions pipeline
Deals grouped by stage, from screening to underwriting, offer, contract, closed and dead, with a count on every stage and a view each person can set up their own way.
Deal pipeline managementCritical dates calendar
Outlook sync: Professional and BusinessEvery date that can cost you a deal, in one calendar across all deals. The dates you choose sync with Outlook calendars.
Critical dates trackingOutlook add-in and communications
A DealQube button inside Outlook tags the open email to a deal. Each deal has a communications tab with every tagged email and every message sent from DealQube.
Outlook add-inMarket data and maps
Data from your connected providers pulled for the location the moment a deal is created, with comparable properties and your own portfolio on a map.

Dependent dates: Professional and BusinessAssign tasks on a deal with due dates that move when a milestone moves. Assignees get an email when a task lands on their desk.
Tasks and due datesDocuments where they already live
Professional and BusinessThe memorandum and operating reports are filed to the deal's SharePoint folder. Due diligence stays in your data room, with sync to the deal on our roadmap.

Have we looked at this property before?
When a broker sends a property your team screened two years ago, the first question is what you thought of it then. In most firms the answer lives in an old spreadsheet tab or a former colleague's inbox.
DealQube keeps every deal you have ever reviewed, including the ones marked Dead, which for most acquisition teams is the majority of deals. Search by street address, city, region, broker or deal name. The search is forgiving: partial addresses, abbreviations and misspellings still find the deal, and results show the stage, the last note and when the team last touched it.
| Deal | Stage | Last activity |
|---|---|---|
| Manchester, UK – Sample Distribution | Dead | Jul 2024 |
| Manchester, UK 2-Pack – Sample Industrial | Closed | Mar 2025 |
| Manchester, UK – Sample Logistics Park | Screening | Oct 2026 |
Access and data ownership
Built so your deal history outlasts any one person or mailbox
Microsoft 365 sign-in
Your team signs in with the Microsoft 365 accounts they already use. When someone leaves, removing their Microsoft account removes their DealQube access.
Roles and permissions
Custom roles: Professional and BusinessSet access by person and by role, with separate rights to view, edit and create, so legal documents and approvals stay with the people responsible for them.
Emails that stay with the deal
A tagged email is copied to the deal in full. If the sender's mailbox is later deleted, the broker conversation is still on the deal.
Market data on the deal
Data pulled from your providers is saved on the deal, so the team sees the same figures later, within each provider's license terms.
A full audit trail
Notes, stage changes, price changes and date changes are saved in time order with who made them and when.
Ready for your data warehouse
Provider connections are built so their source can later switch to your own data warehouse without changing what your team sees.

Platform questions
What is a real estate acquisitions platform?
An acquisitions platform is the shared system an investment team uses to source, screen, underwrite, bid on and close properties. It holds one record per deal and moves that deal through stages, so the team, its leadership and its partners can see the whole pipeline at once instead of piecing it together from spreadsheets and inboxes.
Can each person set up their own pipeline view?
Yes. Each user chooses which columns they see, how deals are sorted and which filters apply, and DealQube saves that view to their login. The underlying data is the same for everyone.
Can DealQube track deals we decided not to pursue?
Yes. Deals you pass on move to the Dead stage and stay searchable with their notes, so the next time a broker sends the same property you can see what the team concluded and why.
How is DealQube set up for our team?
Sign up, connect Microsoft 365 and start forwarding deals. Stage names, local terms, currencies and your reporting currency are in settings on every plan; custom fields, deal naming and data provider connections are on Professional and Business. With guided onboarding, Apoorva configures DealQube with you and you review a working version with your own deals before your team starts. Guided onboarding is included in Business and available as an add-on on the other plans.
